Optimization of copper determination in copper-containing materials by iodometry

摘要 采用国标方法中短碘量法测定含铜物料中的铜时,存在污染环境、检测成本高等问题。实验选用氢溴酸代替溴对不同含铜物料中的铜进行测定,确定氢溴酸最佳加入量为2.0 m L。该方法测定结果的相对标准偏差低于0.12%,加入标准物质回收率为99.70%~100.05%,适用于不同含铜物料中铜的测定,结果再现性好,且降低了对检测人员的伤害,可在生产实践中大力推广。 It generates pollution and high detection cost when copper in copper-containing materials is determined by short iodometry according to national standards.In this paper,the determination of copper in different copper-containing materials was carried out with addition of hydrobromic acid instead of bromine.The optimal addition of hydrobromic acid was 2.0 m L.The relative standard deviation of the determination results was less than 0.12 % and the recovery rate of standard reference material was 99.70 %-100.05 %.The method is applicable to different coppercontaining materials and has high reproducibility and at the same time mitigates hazard to operators.The method is worth promotion in production practices.
