摘要
在转型发展背景下,地方本科院校在向应用型转型时,强调实践性、应用性,而忽视了通识教育在育人过程中的重要作用。通识教育有利于完善应用型人才的知识结构,在培养学生综合能力和提升素养等方面有着不可替代的作用,确立通识教育在应用型人才培养中的地位,能更好地适应转型发展的要求,培养基础知识丰厚、专业技术能力强、综合素质高的应用型人才。处于转型期的地方应用型本科院校应当高度重视通识教育,积极开展通识教育,将通识教育理念贯穿到应用型人才培养的全过程。
Under the background of transformation,local colleges emphasize practicality and applicability,but ignore the importance of general education in cultivating students when they turn to application-oriented colleges.General education is conducive to the perfection of applied talents' knowledge structure.It plays an irreplaceable role in training students ' comprehensive ability and enhancing quality.Establishment of the status of general education in applied talents cultivation can better adapt to the demands of transformation development and cultivate applied talents with broad basic knowledge,professional technical ability,and high comprehensive quality.In the transition period,local application-oriented colleges should attach great importance to general education,actively implement general education and pass the concept of general education through to the whole process of the cultivation of applied talents.
