摘要
"人的城镇化"是我国推进新型城镇化建设的核心问题。在加快推进城中村城镇化建设的进程中,仍然存在以下问题:居民文化素质较低,公共道德意识薄弱;职业技能匮乏,就业竞争力不强;自我认同感低,城市归属感较弱;法律观念淡薄,政治认知不足。由此,可以从培育现代文明素质、开展职业技能培训、提供心理疏导服务以及强化社会参与能力等方面着手,推进城中村居民实现"生活方式城镇化"、"工作能力城镇化"、"观念意识城镇化"和"行为方式城镇化"。
"The urbanization of people"is not only the starting point but also the ending of solving the urbanization,it's the core problem of developing the new urbanization construction in china.In the process of urbanization of urban villages,we find some problems,such as:the low cultural quality of residents,people's weak moral consciousness;the lack of occupation skills,the weak of employment competence;the low feeling of self-identification,the weak sense of belongings in city;the weak of legal concept,the lack of political knowledge.We can solve all of problems by improving the quality of people,training people's skills,providing the service of psychological,and improving the ability of social participation,in this way,we can change the village residents life in four aspects,including "life style urbanization", "work ability of urbanization", "awareness of the concept of urbanization and urbanization behavior".
