摘要
试验旨在研究莫能菌素与吐温80对肉羊育肥效果的影响,选取20只南非肉用美利奴×东北细毛羊杂交羊,分为3组,第一组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,第二组在基础日粮中添加莫能菌素90 mg/d,第三组在基础日粮中添加40 mg/kg·DM吐温80,试验期90 d。结果表明:添加莫能菌素组肉羊日增重高于对照组,在育肥后期达到显著水平;添加莫能菌素组肉羊净肉率显著高于对照组和吐温80组,胴体产肉率极显著高于吐温80组;添加吐温80组肉羊日增重有高于对照组的趋势,但差异不显著。
The experiment were conducted to study the effect of monensin and Tween 80 on sheep fattening.The NB（ n = 20） were selected as experiment animals and were divided into three groups,The first group were fed a basal diet,The second group were added 90 mg/d monensin on the basis of diet,the third group were added 40 mg/kg ·DM Tween 80 on the basis of diet. The experimental period was 90 d. The results showed： the average daily gain of the second group were higher than the first group,were greatly significantly higher than the first group（ P〈 0. 05）,especially in the late fattening; the pure meat percentage of the second group were significantly higher than the first group and the third group（ P〈 0. 05）,carcass meat production rate of the second group were greatly significantly higher than the third group（ P 〈0. 01）; the average daily gain of the third group were higher than the first group（ P〉0. 05）,but the difference is not significant.
