摘要
以大果白刺种子为实验材料,分别用98%H_2SO_4溶液、0.5mol/L NaOH溶液和蒸馏水预处理大果白刺种子,对在自然条件下种子萌发困难且发芽率很低的大果白刺种子进行了提高萌发率的研究,旨在为大果白刺的人工繁殖及提高其种子萌发率提供了依据。结果表明:对大果白刺种子用98%H_2SO_4溶液和0.5mol/L NaOH溶液浸泡处理后,明显有利于大果白刺种子的后熟,可快速破除种子的休眠,显著提高大果白刺的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数等指标,同时缩短了初始萌发天数,其中用98%H_2SO_4溶液处理种子发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数等指标明显优于用0.5mol/L NaOH溶液浸泡处理。
This thesis, focusing on improving the germination rate of the seeds of Nitraria roborowskii Kom.with difficulty in seed germination and low seed germination rate under natural conditions, provides some experimental basis for the artificial propagation as well as improving the seed germina- tion rate of the Nitraria roborowskii Kom.In the experiment,98 %H2SO4 solution,0.5 mol/L NaOH solution and distilled water have been used to pretreat the experimental Nitraria roborowskii Kom. seeds.It is showed in the experiment that soaking with 98% H2SO4 solution and 0.5 mol/L NaOH solution was obviously beneficial to the ripening of the Nitraria roborowskii Kom.seeds,which could quickly break the seed dormancy and remarkably improve the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of the Nitraria roborowskii Kom. seeds. And the Nitraria roborowskii Kom. seeds treated with 98% H2SO4 solution were significantly better than those with 0.5 mol/L NaOH solution soaking treatment.
