氯氮平片与利培酮片治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及安全性研究被引量：5

摘要研究氯氮平片与利培酮片治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。选取收治的首发精神分裂症患者89例,按随机数字表法分为联合组45例和单一组44例。单一组采用氯氮平片治疗,联合组于单一组基础上加用利培酮片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应及治疗前后体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBS)变化情况。联合组总有效率(91.11%)高于单一组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组BMI、FBS对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组BMI、FBS均低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率(8.89%)与单一组(11.36%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。氯氮平片与利培酮片联合治疗首发精神分裂症效果显著,能有效改善患者体征,且安全性高。
