摘要
利用块焦研究了焦炭溶损反应过程,分析了不同温度反应前后焦炭的比表面积,探究了焦炭不同层面的气孔结构变化。结果表明,随反应温度的升高,焦炭的比表面积先增加后减小,0~180μm,>420μm的孔径变化比较明显。1 000℃之前碳溶反应以反应速率控制为主,反应为梯度反应。1 000℃之后溶损率与孔扩散有关,焦炭外层损失严重,1 150℃反应后焦炭趋于均匀。
The carbon solution loss reaction process was studied using lump coke. The specific surface area of coke at different temperatures was analyzed. The pore structure of different layer of coke was investigated. The results show that the specific surface area of coke increase initially and then decrease, and the pore diameter range from 0 to 180 μm,the aperture change of 420 μm is obviously. Carbon solution loss reaction of coke is dominated by the chemical reaction rate at temperature lower than 1 000 ℃, which is a gradient reaction. The outer of the coke is losses serious at higher than 1 000 ℃, the solution loss rate is affected by the pore diffusion. The coke pore structure tends to be uniform when the reaction temperature is higher than 1 500 ℃.
