时效时间对挤压快速凝固/粉末冶金Al-Si-Cu合金组织和性能的影响

Effect of Aging Time on Microstructure and Properties of Al-Si-Cu Alloy Produced by Rapid Solidification and Powder Metallurgy Methods

摘要 采用粉末冶金与正挤压相结合的复合工艺制备Al-Si-Cu合金。利用金相、SEM和XRD等手段研究了固溶处理和不同时间时效处理的Al-Si-Cu合金微观组织和相组成,并研究了力学性能。结果表明,合金由α-Al、β-Si、Al_2O_3、CuAl_2和Cu4Si组成;随着时效时间延长,CuAl_2和Cu_4Si的含量增加,合金硬度、强度和伸长率随之提高。 The Al-Si-Cu alloy was prepared by combined process of powder metallurgy and direct extrusion. The microstructure and phase structure of Al-Si-Cu alloy treated by solidification and aging at different time were investigated with metallography, SEM and XRD, and the mechanical properties were tested. The results show that with the increase of aging time, the hardness, strength and elongation of the alloy also increase, the phase structure is composed by the α-Al,β-Si, Al2O3, CuAl2 and Cu4Si, and the contents of CuAl2 and Cu4Si increase with the increasing of aging time.
