摘要
对螺旋锥齿轮进行精密锻造工艺有限元分析,分析金属材料的流动规律,获得零件成形过程中的工艺参数,并从3种条件下有限元分析中选取最优化方案。结果表明,铅试件实验从螺旋锥齿轮外形和成形力两方面验证有限元分析的正确性,从而确定螺旋锥齿轮的成形工艺参数和工作环境。
The precision forging process of spiral bevel gear was studied by numerical simulation. The flow regularity of metal materials was analyzed, so as to get the part of the process parameters in the forming process. From the selection of three kinds of conditions, the optimization was selected. The results show that lead specimens experiment verify the correctness of the finite element analysis from two aspects of shape and forming force, which determine the forming process of spiral bevel gear parameters and working conditions.
