摘要
对物流仓储多层级供应链均衡的控制,能够更好的完善物流仓储布局。对物流仓储供应链的均衡控制,需要给出均衡控制的约束条件,获取多层级供应链均衡控制适应度函数。传统方法对物流仓储供应链状态进行静态反馈控制,使供应链动态系统达到克制不确定性因素干扰的作用,但忽略了获取供应链均衡控制适应度函数,导致控制精度偏低。提出基于独立决策的物流仓储多层级供应链均衡控制方法。基于独立决策理论构建物流仓储多层级供应链竞争网络,给出该网络中各节点内部成员之间存在的竞争关系,获取物流仓储的一般运作成本,建立物流仓储多层级供应链均衡模型,获取多层级供应链均衡控制适应度函数,完成对物流仓储多层级供应链的均衡控制。仿真证明,所提方法控制性能较好,完善了物流仓储布局,大幅度提升了物流产业的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper proposes a balanced control method for multi -level supply chain of logistics storage based on independent decision. Firstly, we founded competition network of multi - level supply chain of logistics storage based on independent decision theory to provide competitive relationship among members of each node in this network, and then obtained general running costs of logistics storage and built balanced model of multi - level supply chain of logistics storage. Finally, we obtained fitness function of balanced control of multi - level supply chain, thus completed balanced control for multi - level supply chain of logistics storage. The simulation results show that the method in this paper has good control property. It improves logistics storage distribution and promotes economic and social benefit of logistics industry.
