近几十年来,日本企业质量管理的成功经验在世界众多的国家中被广泛地推广应用。通过分析日本质量管理的主要特色,总结了日本质量管理对于我国质量管理发展的启示,为我国企业开展质量管理活动提供经验借鉴,对于提升我国企业质量管理能力和制造业质量水平具有重要的作用。
In recent decades, the successful experience of Japanese quality management has been widely applied in many countries in the world. By analyzing the main features of Japanese quality management, the enlightenment of Japanese quality management to the development of quality management in China is summarized, which provides experience for enterprises to carry out quality management activities in our country, and it is of great significance to improve the quality control ability of Chinese enterprises and the quality level of manufacturing industry.
