摘要
为了提高电压滤波组合的测试性和故障诊断能力,在对其功能、故障模式及影响进行充分分析的基础上,建立了基于测试信息的相关性模型,并优选了故障检测用测试点和故障隔离用测试点,制定了测试诊断策略。通过测试性分析和评估,表明该测试诊断策略的故障诊断率和故障隔离率均达到100%,且故障诊断和隔离测试的平均测试步数低至3.3步,从而证明了该方法的有效性。
Regarding enhancing the testability and fault diagnostic ability of the power filter, firstly, the relevant model is established, which is based on the failure mode, effects and criticality analysis. Then, the test points for fault detection and isolation are optimally chosen. Furthermore, the fault diagnositic method is presented. Through the evalueation for testability of the power filter, it indicates that the fault detection rate and the fault isolation rate of the diagnositic method is high to achieve 100% and the average step of fault detection and isolation is 3.3, which proves the effectiveness of this diagnostic method.
