摘要
近年来低温等离子处理VOCs成为热点废气处理技术,本文介绍了低温等离子体的机理,综述了国内外低温等离子处理VOCs技术的研究进展以及影响该技术处理VOCs的主要因素。
In recent years, Non-Thermal plasma treatment of VOCs as a hot spot gas treatment technology, this work describes the mechanism of low temperature plasma, reviewed at domestic and abroad low temperature plasma treatment VOCs technology research and the impact of the technology to deal with VOCs main factors.
