摘要 本文就12Cr2Ni4钢预备热处理方法对渗碳淬火畸变量的影响进行了试验研究,采用国际上通用的C形畸变试样和按比例缩小的模拟齿轮,对两种不同预备热处理工艺的畸变试样和模拟齿轮进行渗碳淬火的对比试验。测试渗碳淬火的工艺有930℃渗碳及渗后780℃一次淬火和渗碳后820℃二次淬火,试验参数的变化还有不同尺寸的渗碳炉,放置于渗碳炉中不同的高度等。结论是:调质预备的畸变量小于正火回火的畸变量。对于易于变形的工件、对变形要求严格的工件,以及比较重要的工件,预备热处理应优先选用调质工艺。 The effect of preheat treatment on the carburizing quenching distortion amount for 12Cr2Ni4 steel was studied and the contrast test of carburizing quenching for two different preheat treatment processes and simulated gear were carried out by the internationally accepted C-shaped distortion specimen and scaled-down simulated gear in this paper. The test process included carburizing at 930 ℃ and subsequent fitst quenching at 780 ℃ and secondary quenching at 820 ℃. The test parameters also included different sizes of carburizing furnace and different height placed in the furnace. The conclusion was that the distor- tion amount of quenching and tempering was less than that of normalizing and tempering. So for the parts easily distorted and strictly required for distortion, as well as the more important parts, the preheat treat- ment should be preferred to choose the quenching and tempering process.
