摘要
美国法医学教育经历了从"功利性的职业教育"到"功利性的学历教育"再到"公益性的职业教育"基本理念的转换过程,由此形成了全国性的法医职业教育教学联盟与高等院校内部的跨学科法医学教育联盟的教学模式和以考促教的任职模式。本文分析美国法医学教育的实践路径,总结其中的成功经验,以期能启示我国法医学教育的改革。
American forensic education has experienced basic concepts transition from "utilitarian vocational education" to "utilitarian degree education" to "public welfarevocationaleducation". On this basis, national forensic vocational education and teaching alliance,the teaching mode of education alliance of interdisciplinary forensic medicine within the institutions of higher learning, tenure mode of promoting teaching through exams have been established.This paper analyzes the practice path of forensic vocational education in the United States, sums up its successful experiences, and expects to provide a useful enlightenment to the reform of forensic vocational education in China.
