摘要
本文研究了一种以自然工质丙烷(R290)为制冷剂的中型环保冰箱,在防止臭氧层破坏、避免温室效应等方面有很好的应用价值。在东贝SDL 1000H4F 1000L冰箱上进行R290制冷剂的性能匹配研究,并与原R404a制冷剂系统进行对比。结果发现,经过系统优化后使用R290工质,在满足最大灌注量150g以及冰箱相关行业标准的情况下,其相对于原R404a系统输入功率降低了33.3%,降温速度提高了34.2%。
This paper investigates a medium-sized environment-friendly refrigerator with natural refrigerant propane (R290), which has good application value to prevent the destruction of ozone layer and avoid the greenhouse effect. The performance matching study of R290 refrigerant was carried out on DonperSDL 1000H4F 1000L refrigerator and compared with the original R404a refrigerant system. The results show that using R290 refrigerant with maximum filling capacity of 150g and the refrigerator industry standards, the input power of the system can be lowered by 33.3%, and the cooling rate can be improved by 34.2% compared with the R404a system.
