摘要
百龙滩电厂在机组检修排水系统改造中采用了国产水泵控制阀,该类型的阀门融电控开关、止回和水锤消除三种功能于一体,能有效地提高检修排水系统的安全可靠性,同时又满足系统自动化控制要求。在一年的机组C级检修间隔内,由于泵控阀启动间隔太长,存在控制系统主要部件导阀的差压活塞卡涩的风险,影响泵控阀的稳定运行,经过二次改造,圆满解决了问题。
Domestic pump control valve is adopted in unit maintenance drainage of Bailongtan Power Plant. This kind of valve has three functions of electric control switch, check, and water-hammer arrestor to effectively improve the safety and reliability of maintenance drainage system and meet the requirement of automatic control system. In the unit level-C maintenance interval of a year, long start-up interval of pump control valve causes a problem that the differential-pressure piston of pilot valve of main components of control system is not smooth, which affects stable operation of the pump control valve. Finally, the above problem is solved successfully after the secondary improvement.
