摘要 目的转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)是一种具有多功能生物学活性的细胞因子,在多种肿瘤中高表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后密切相关。在大多数细胞中,TGF-β1可以通过经典通路(依赖Smad)和非经典通路(不依赖Smad)进行信号转导,发挥其生物学效应。研究显示,TGF-β1主要通过上皮间质转化、肿瘤微环境中的免疫细胞及癌胚抗原受体影响肿瘤的发展。阐明TGF-β1致癌的分子机制将为预防肿瘤的复发和延缓其转移进程提供新的治疗方法。 Transforming growth factor-β( TGF-β) is a multifunctional cytokine with biological activities,which is highly expressed in various tumour cells and closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of tumor. In most of the cells,TGF-β1 exerts its biological effect through the classical( rely on Smad) and non-classical( do not rely on Smad) pathway in signal transduction. Research shows that TGF-β1 influences the development of tumor mainly through the transformation of epithelial mesenchymal,the immune cells in the tumor microenvironment and the receptor for carcinoembryonic antigen. To illuminate the molecular mechanism of TGF-β1 in cancer will provide new treatments to prevent recurrence of the tumor and delay the transfer process.
