启动发电一体化车辆发动机舱的优化改进

摘要 针对一种新型电源车在驻车发电时发动机舱内温度过高的问题,利用计算流体动力学的方法和CFD软件FLUENT对发动机舱空气流场和温度场进行数值模拟,得出发动机舱内部的流场和温度分布。模拟计算发现:该发动机舱的部分区域存在由于空气流动速度低导致热量累积的问题。针对出现的问题提出改进方案,并通过数值模拟对改进效果进行了验证,改进后发动机舱的散热效果得到了明显改善,验证了优化方案的可行性。 Aiming at the high temperature inside the engine room for a new type of power supply vehicle when it is used in the powergeneration. The numerical simulation of the air flow field and temperature field in the engine room was carried out by using thecomputational fluid dynamics method and FLUENT of CFD software. The simulation results show that high heat accumulation of some areasof the engine room are caused by low air flow rate. The improvement scheme is proposed for the problems that appear, and the improvementeffect is verified by numerical simulation. The heat dissipation effect of engine room was improved obviously after improvement and thefeasibility of the optimization scheme is verified.
