摘要
为深入了解动力电池充放电过程热特性,搭建了主要包括电池、充放电装置、热电偶、数据采集装置、计算机等的单体动力电池充放电实验系统。分析了20Ah单体Li PO4电池,以0.25C、0.5C、0.75C和1C恒流充放电过程的电池表面温度变化。提出了充放电过程温度升高与电流的近似关系。
To understand the heat production of the charge/discharge process of the power battery,the power battery charge/discharge experimental system,including battery,charging and discharging device,thermocouple,data acquisition device and computer,was set up.The surface temperature change of 20 Ah single Li PO4 battery under constant current charging and discharging process with 0.25 C,0.5 C,0.75 C and 1 C was analyzed.The approximate relation between temperature rise and current was proposed during charging and discharging.
