摘要
党的十九大报告首次提出"实施乡村振兴战略",这是新时代加快农业农村现代化的重大战略举措。推进农业供给侧结构性改革,提高农业供给质量和效益,是实施乡村振兴战略的必然要求。在总结江西农业供给侧结构性改革所取得成就的基础上,系统分析绿色生态导向下江西农业供给侧结构性改革所面临的问题,提出8个推进绿色生态导向下的江西农业供给侧结构性改革的对策:调好农产品区域布局;调优农业产业结构;调绿农业生产方式;调顺农业绿色经营体系;调强科技与人才支撑;调响农产品品牌;调深农村一二三产业融合;调实绿色农业发展的保障措施。
In the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,for the first time,Xi’ s reportraised “the implementation of rural revitalization strategy”,which is a great initiative to speed up the moderni-zation of agriculture and rural areas in the new era.In order to implement the rural revitalization strategy,it isrequired to promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform and raise the quality and benefits of agricul-tural supply.Based on the conclusion of achievements Jiangxi Province made in the agricultural supply-sidestructural reform,this paper systematically analyzed problems facing the reform under green ecological orienta-tion,and put forward ideas and countermeasures Jiangxi Province should conduct,i. e.,to adjust the regionallayout of agricultural products,to optimize agricultural structures,to adopt green agriculture production model,to straighten out the green management system of agriculture,to strengthen technology and talent support,to re-nown brands of agricultural products,to deepen the convergence of the three major industries in rural areas,and to take safeguard measures to promote the green agriculture development.
