摘要
创新能力培养就是在充分尊重大学生的主体地位和个性发展的基础上,帮助引导大学生在知识、能力、素质三个方面进行有机地融合,从而激发创新精神,提升创新能力。首先,本文通过对我国当前高校在创新能力培养现状的综合分析,发现目前我国大学生创新能力的培养还不能适应我国社会和经济的快速发展。之后,通过与创新能力提升相关的"创新能力培养的准备"和"大学生如何创新"两方面的深入分析,提出并通过实例说明了大学生创新能力培养的基本模式和创新模式的条件保障,指导将创新理论研究的成果应用到高校的教育教学中,有效能提高大学生的创新能力,培养出符合社会未来发展需要的人才。
The cultivation of innovative capacity is based on the full respect for college students＇ dominant position and personality development, and tries to help and guide the students to integrate organically in three aspects of knowledge, ability and quality, so as to arouse the spirit of innovation and enhance innovation ability. First of all, through the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of innovative ability training in China5 s universities, this paper found that the training of college students5 innovative ability can5 t adapt to the rapid development of society and economy. Then, through the in-depth analysis on the preparation of innovation ability and how to innovate related to the promotion of innovation ability, it put forward the condition guarantee for basic patterns and innovative patterns to cultivate college students＇ innovation ability, and guide to apply the research results of innovation theory in education teaching of colleges, so as to improve the innovation level of college students and cultivate talents meeting the needs of future development of society.
