摘要
为揭示水泥熟料烧成过程对能耗影响的因素及各因素之间的关系,从生产线上历史数据入手,首先分析系统的热平衡并选取它依赖的变量,合理缩减变量,将多元自适应回归样条算法应用到水泥能耗建模中,建立了精确的煤耗模型。通过参数分析,给出了变量的相对重要性值,并采用控制变量的方法分析煤耗与重要变量之间的关系,得出其特性曲线,为水泥生产中减少煤耗提供了参考。
For purpose of revealing the factors which affecting energy consumption of the cement clinker and the relationship thereof, the heat balance of the system was analyzed and the dependent variables were selected and the variables were reduced reasonably and the multiple adaptive regression spline algorithm was applied to modeling of the cement energy consumption based on the historical data of the production line. Through the parametric analysis, the relative importance values of the variables were presented and the relationship curves between the energy consumption and the important variables were drawn through using control variable method. This provides a reference for reducing coal consumption in cement production.
