摘要
为了有效控制航空装备研制成本,采用限价设计理念,即美国提出的定费用设计管理方法,并结合国内航空装备研制的特点,研究了限成本设计方法,分析了限成本设计和全寿命周期费用管理的关系,对比了两者优缺点。限成本设计是全寿命周期费用管理的核心部分,决定着全寿命周期费用管理的决策和措施。限成本设计对控制研制成本、提高航空装备产品研发经济性意识具有重要意义。
For controlling the development cost of aeronautic equipment effectively, the cost-limit-design concept, that is the design-to-cost management method presented by USA, was put to use, and studied the cost-limit-design method on the basis of the domestic development of aeronautic equipment＇ s characteristic, and also analyzed the relationship between the cost-limit-design and the life-cycle-cost management, and compared the advantages and disadvantages thereof. The cost-limit-design is the core portion of the life-cycle-cost management, and determines the decisions and measurements of the life-cycle-cost management. So the cost-limit-design is of great significance to control the development cost and to improve designers＇ economical efficiency awareness of developing aeronautic equipment.
