摘要
硒代蛋氨酸(SeMet)是生物利用效率最高的有机硒化物,不仅比无机硒吸收利用率高,而且具有提高机体免疫力和增强抗应激能力等生物学功能。SeMet能显著提高蛋硒含量,改善蛋品质,增强机体抗氧化、免疫和应激能力。本文对SeMet的吸收代谢、生物学功能及其在蛋鸡生产中的应用现状进行综述,旨在为SeMet在蛋鸡生产领域的应用及其深入的研究提供理论依据。
As the highest bioavailability of organic selenide, selenomethionine has some advantages including higher absorption rate compared with inorganic selenium, biological functions such as enhancing the body im- munity and the anti-stress ability, etc. Selenomethionine can improve the egg selenium content, the egg quality of laying hens, and enhance their abilities of antioxidation, immunity and antistress. This paper mainly re- viewed the absorption metabolism, biological functions of selenomethionine and its application in laying hen production, aiming to provide theoretical basis for the application of selenomethionine in laying hen production and further study of selenomethionine.
