海外高温油田聚合物驱高效开发策略研究 被引量:1

Efficient Development Strategy of Polymer Flooding in the Overseas High Temperature Oilfields

摘要 针对海外油田的开发受到合同时间及资源国的约束,不能按传统的国内陆地开发模式等到开发几十年后再开展聚合物驱的问题,开展了海外油田聚合物驱高效开发策略的研究,主要包括高温油田聚合物驱油体系热稳定性评价方法、高温油田数值模拟用物化参数的确定方法、高温油田驱替剂筛选方法、海外油田高效开发模式等。研究表明,对于海外高温新油田,应该采用"抽真空至空气中氧含量<1mg/L+充氮气15min"的组合除氧方法,数值模拟所用物化参数应该老化120d,驱油体系的黏度与地层原油黏度的比值达到0.8~1.1,采取"空白水驱+先导试验+逐步扩大实施"的开发模式和策略,以减小注聚风险,取得更好的驱替效果。对于海外高温老油田,高含水期聚合物驱先导试验的结果表明,筛选出适合的耐温抗盐聚合物和调剖体系,采用"调剖+注聚"相结合的方案是可行的。 Polymer flooding may be implemented after decades of development for the domestic land oilfields. Restricted by the contract time and the country with resources,the overseas oilfields can't be developed as the same as that traditional domestic land oilfields.Efficient development strategy of the polymer flooding in the overseas oilfields was researched ,mainly including evaluation method of the thermal stability of the poly- mer flooding system ,the determination method of physical and chemical parameters during the numerical simu- lation,screening method of displacement agent and efficient development mode in the overseas high tempera- ture oilfields and so on.The results show that for the overseas new oilfields with high temperature,combined deoxygenation method should be adopted as vacuum pumping until the oxygen content in the air is less than lmg/L and then nitrogen filling for 15 minutes.The physical and chemical parameters in the numerical simu- lation should be aged in 120 days ,and the viscosity ratio of oil displacement system and the formation crude oil should be up to 0.8 to 1.1.The development mode and strategy of "blank water flooding,pilot test and gradual implementation" should be taken in order to reduce the risk of polymer injection and obtain better displacement effect.For the overseas old oilfields with polymer flooding at the stage of high water cut show injection" is feasible based on the screened favorable and salt tolerance. high temperature,the results of the pilot test of the that the combination of "profile control and polymer polymer and profile control system with heat resistance.
