摘要
在保证科学合理的前提下,使用低品质介质代替质量过剩的高品质介质是一种有效的节能方式。洛阳石化110t/h污水汽提装置是酸性水处理的重要装置,利用污水汽提装置凝结水替代焦化装置多处1.0MPa蒸汽和除氧水,利用污水汽提装置净化水替代焦化装置多处新鲜水和除盐水。通过对污水汽提装置和延迟焦化装置的联合优化改造,将污水汽提装置凝结水和净化水引至延迟焦化装置使用,凝结水用于延迟焦化装置大吹汽时替代1.0MPa蒸汽、替代除氧水和装置部分伴热;净化水用于延迟焦化装置3处水封罐补水,替代2处水洗用除盐水,同时替代新鲜水补冷焦水。优化改造后,延迟焦化装置每年可节省1.0MPa蒸汽87.93Mt、除氧水32.295kt、新鲜水122.64kt、除盐水30.66kt,每年节约动力成本172.11万元。
On the premise of ensuring scientific rationality, using low quality medium instead of high quality medium is an effective energy saving method.SINOPEC Luoyang Company's 110t/h sewage stripping unit is an important unit for acidic water treatment.Condensate water from sewage stripping unit is used to replace the 1.0MPa steam and deaerated water at many locations in delayed coker,and purified water from sewage stripping unit is used to replace the fresh water and demineralized water at many locations in delayed coker. Through the joint optimization of sewage stripping unit and delayed coker,the condensate water and purified water from sewage stripping unit are sent to delayed coker.The condensate water is used to replace the 1.0MPa steam during the steam out of delayed coker,and to replace the deaerated water and part of the heat tracing.The purified water is used as the make-up water for 3 water-sealed containers in delayed eok- er,to replace the demineralized water for water scrubbing at 2 locations,and to replace the fresh water to make up the coke cooling water.After the optimization,the delayed coker can save 87.93 million tons of 1.0MPa steam,32.295 thousand tons of deaerated water, 122.64 thousand tons of fresh water and 30.66 thou- sand tons of demineralized water each year,reducing the power cost by 1.7211 million Yuan annually.
