摘要
采用直流汇集方式的风电场将为未来大规模新能源发电汇集提供新途径。由于风力发电系统输出功率的波动会对电网的稳定运行造成负面影响,因此本文提出了一种含有储能系统的直流并联型风电场功率协调控制方案。该控制方案综合考虑电网需求、风机风况以及风机储能系统的储能状态,向各直流风机发送功率指令,通过调节各发电机和风机储能系统的输出功率,使得风电场输出的有功功率可在一定范围满足电网的需求,大大降低了风场功率波动对电网的影响。其中,在满足仿真精度的前提下,对直流风机中的整流器和隔离型全桥DC/DC变换器以及超级电容储能系统进行了适当简化。采用PSCAD/EMTDC进行仿真,仿真结果较好地满足了控制目标的要求,验证了提出的控制策略的有效性。
The wind farm by using the direct current collec- tion method will provide a new way for the future large - scale renewable energy power generation. Due to the fluctu- ation of the output power of wind power generation system will have a negative impact on the operation stability of power grid, and a power coordinated control scheme of DC parallel wind farm with energy storage system is proposed in this paper. By comprehensively considering grid demand, wind turbine state and energy storage state of energy storage system, power instructions of the DC wind turbines can be sent from control center. Through adjusting output power of the generators and the wind turbine energy storage system, the active power output of wind farms can meet the require- ments of power grid in a certain range, which greatly re- duces the influence of wind power fluctuation on power grid. Under the premise of meeting the simulation accuracy, the rectifier and the isolated full bridge DC/DC converter of the DC wind turbine and the super capacitor energy storagesystem are simplified properly. The simulation results of PSCAD/EMTDC are used to meet the requirements of the control target, and the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified.
