摘要
共享单车作为一种新兴产业,践行了"共享发展"的新理念,切实有效地解决了出行中的"最后一公里"问题,弥补了城市公共交通的不足。然而企业之间疯狂抢夺市场份额的行为,带来了一场"囚徒困境"式的价格战,产生了许多社会问题。文章运用"囚徒困境"模型对企业之间价格大战的实质和原因进行了分析,进一步提出政策建议:企业要以扩充盈利模式和增强用户粘性为导向,而非一味地依靠资本投入进行价格竞争。政府要严格监督企业的自律性监管;控制风险资本的疯狂投入;完善市场准入与市场退出机制。最后强调市场应充分利用"信息"的价值才能得到更好的发展。
As a new industry, bike sharing has fulfilled the new concept of "Sharing the benefits of development". It has solved the "Last Mile" problem prac- ticable and effective, making up the shortcomings of urban public transportation. However, the behaviour of companies grabbing the market crazily has brought up a price war which is like the "Prisoner's Dilemma". Many social problems come up at the same time. This article use the "Prisoner's Dilemma" model to analyse the essence and cause of the price war, and then make some suggestions. Companies should be oriented around extending profit model and enhancing the adhesiveness of users, rather than joining in price war depending on investment. The government should strictly supervise the self-regulation of companies;control the frenzied investment from venture capital;improve and perfect market access and exit mechanism. At last, it emphasizes that the market should take full advantage of the value of "informa- tion" in order to get better development.
