摘要
轮轨匹配是影响高速动车组动力学性能的重要因素,合理的车轮型面可以提高轮轨匹配特性,从而减小轮轨间作用力。选取一列状态良好、运行固定交路的高速动车组进行长期跟踪测试,对比分析不同里程下的车轮踏面状态,对照相应里程时的车辆动力学性能,分析研究各磨耗阶段轮轨匹配对车辆性能的影响。
Wheel/rail interaction is an important issue influencing the dynamic performance of high speed EMU. Ideal wheel profile could improve the wheel/rail interaction and reduce the contact force between wheel and rail. A high speed EMU of good conditions and fixed operation routing is selected for long term monitoring, with wheel tread status after different running mileages analyzed and compared so that the dynamic performance of the vehicles can also be compared, hnpact of wheel/rail interaction in different wear conditions on the dynamic performance of vehicles are analyzed accordingly.
