摘要
围绕普速铁路线路设备修理在满足安全性、平顺性和可靠性的同时,实现线路设备全生命周期成本最优的宗旨,分析普速铁路线路设备现状和存在不足,提出普速铁路的轨道结构标准,阐述线路设备大修应遵循的原则、大修项目的划分、大修工作重点以及线路设备维修的原则、模式、线路设备维修主要项目及检查要求,结合当前实际提出推广应用新技术、新设备、新材料、新工艺的明确目标,对普速铁路线路修理具有一定指导意义。
Safety, smoothness and reliability shall be ensured during the maintenance of conventional-speed railway equipment. Simultaneously, life cycle cost of equipment shall be the optimum. Based on this principle, the current situation and drawback of conventional-speed railway equipment were analyzed and the criterion for track structure of conventional-speed railway was proposed. The paper then demonstrated the principles that shall be followed during equipment overhaul, the classification of overhaul projects and the main focus of overhaul work. The principle, pattern, major content and inspection requirement in terms of equipment maintenance were also highlighted. Based on practical conditions, the paper set out an explicit plan for the popularization of new technique, new equipment, new material and new procedure, which could serve as a reference to the maintenance of conventional speed railway equipment.
