摘要
在家禽加工自动掏膛和胴体分割工序进行之前,对家禽胴体进行分选。在一条高架输送线上设置光影像扫描站、卸载或转挂站及辅助设施。家禽胴体影像分选系统,使用光视觉识别技术,用高速视觉传感器对高架输送线上移动的家禽胴体进行快速扫描,扫描结果经过影像分析系统的快速计算分析,确定该禽体的级别范围,将级别范围数据转换成信号传给的分选系统,将该禽体自动卸载或转挂到对应生产线上。解决了高湿度环境下,称重传感器计量检定难,稳定性差、维护不变的问题。也解决了机械称重存在的家禽不空食、冷却后携带水的重量失真问题,可以显著提高肉鸡加工企业产品的附加值,提高生产加工企业的利润。
Poultry carcasses were separated before the poultry processing including automatic evis- cerating and segmentation of carcass. The optical image scanning station, unloading or transgenic hanging station and the auxiliary equipment were set on an overhead transmission line. In the image separation system for poultry carcass, the optical visual recognition technology was used, high -speed vision senor was adopted, and the moving poultry carcass on the overhead transmission line was scanned rapidly. The scanning results were calculated and analyzed by the image analysis system, then the rank range of the poultry carcass was confirmed, and the rank range date was converted into single to the separation sys- tem, and the carcass was unloaded automatically or transgenic hung to corresponding production line. The problems including difficult of measurement and verification, poor stability and inconvenience of ma- intenance of the weighing senor in high moisture environment were solved. And the problems including not empty food in poultry and weight distortion of carried water after chilling in mechanical weighing were solved. The added value of the products in broiler processing enterprises could be improved significantly, and the profits of production and processing enterprises could also be improved.
