摘要
地下管网数据一体化生产与管理应用体系是当前管网研究的重点和难点。针对管网信息化管理过程中"多用户、多系统、相对分散、难以共享、效率低下"的现状,本文在分析管线规划设计、建设、竣工、应用、运维、更新等智能管网闭合生态链的业务流程的基础上,提出并建立了一套集管线采集、更新、管理、应用、共享的一体化生产与管理应用体系,推进智能管网无缝集成、协同管理和智能应用。并以常州市为例,论证该体系的科学合理性和可操作性。
The intergrated system of underground pipe data production,management and application has been the focus of pipe-related researches.There are several problems in current pipe information management,such as multi but dispersed systems and users,difficult to share and low efficiency.Based on the wisdom pipe whole-life processes of pipeline planning and design,construction,completionsurveying,application,maintenance and data update,this paper proposes an integrated system aimed at pipe data production,management and application including pipeline data collecting,updating,managing,applying and sharing,which promotes pipe process tightly intergration,collaborative management and intelligent applications.And the successful application in Changzhou has proved the system's scientific rationality and maneuverability.
