摘要
目的:建立Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物处方点评系统,为提高抗菌药物点评效率、避免主观误差提供参考。方法:利用Excel软件建立围手术期预防使用抗菌药物处方点评系统,并对点评主界面录入的数据进行自动化处理,总结应用情况。结果:该系统通过对录入信息的自动评价、分析和统计,对围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的适应证、联合用药、药物选择、药品用法用量、用药疗程等方面进行点评。采用该系统进行Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物,点评效率由原来的每小时12例提高至每小时80例,并且点评差错明显减少。结论:该系统能客观、快捷地点评Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物过程中存在的问题。
Objective To establish prescription evaluation system about perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics,and to providereference for improving the efficiency of antibiotics analysis and avoiding the subjective errors. Methods： Excel software was used to establishprescription evaluation system about perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics. The data entered by statistical analysis interface wereprocessed automatically,and the application of the system was summarized. Results： After autonomous evaluation,analysis and statistics of data,evaluation results were fed back to classification statistics,rationality evaluation and drug use statistics of physicians. Perioperative antibiotic use,indications,combination therapy,drug selection,and drug use were automatically evaluated.,evaluation efficiency was improved from 12cases/hour to 80 cases/hour.Conclusion： The system can be used to analyze the problems of antibiotic use objectively and rapidly.
