摘要
为提高现有的对尾矿坝进行风险决策的方法的准确性和稳定性,将可能性分布的矩特征引入多准则妥协解排序(VIKOR)方法,提出了1种可能性理论与VIKOR多属性决策方法相结合的尾矿坝风险决策方法,将可能性均值和可能性标准差作为衡量决策信息效益和可靠度的参数,首先将三角模糊决策信息进行归一化、集结,构造可能性均值和可能性标准差矩阵;然后分别确定可能性均值和可能性标准差矩阵的正、负理想解,求解2个矩阵的群体效益、最小遗憾及其综合指标;最后取两个矩阵的综合指标的几何平均作为评估风险状态的排序标准,并通过排序以及对2个可接受准则的检验,决策出最佳风险状态。对尾矿坝风险状态的决策问题实例的分析验证表明,所提方法能显著提高决策结果的准确性和稳定性。
In order to improve the accuracy and stability of the existing risk decision method for the tailings dam, the moment fea-tures of the possibility distribution are introduced into the VIKOR multi-attribute decision method, and a risk decision method based on the combination of possibility theory and VIKOR multi-attribute decision is proposed in this paper. In the method, the possibility mean value and possibility standard deviation are used as the parameters to measure the trend and degree of reliabilityof decision information First, the triangular fuzzy decision information is normalized and aggregated, and then the possibilitymean value matrix and the possibility standard deviation matrix are determined. Then, the positive and negative deal solutions ofthe possibility mean value matrix and the possibility standard deviation matrix are determined and are efits, the smallest regret and its comprehensive indicators of the two matrices. Finally, the tors of the two matrices are used as the risk assessment criteria, and the best risk condition s determthe two acceptable criteria. Through the example analysis and verification of the risk model decision problem of the tailings dam, the method s effective and can improve the accuracy and stability of the decision resutt remarkab
