摘要
京津冀协同发展重大国家战略的提出,北京城市副中心和河北雄安新区的规划建设,为廊坊发展带来重大历史机遇。廊坊位于京津冀协同发展的"中部核心功能区",战略地位独特,创新资源密集,产业基础良好。本文系统梳理习近平总书记"226"讲话以来,廊坊与京津创新合作方面取得的成就,挖掘创新发展中面临的主要问题和制约因素,并针对问题提出几条建议。
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated development strategy, Beijing city deputy center and Hebei Xiong＇an District, has brought significant historical opportunities for the development of Langfang. Langfang is located in the ＂core functional area of the central part＂ of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation. The strategic position is unique, the resource is rich in innovation and the industrial base is good. This paper systematically summarized the achievements made by Langfang and Beijing-Tianjin cooperation, excavated the main problems and constraints in innovation-driven development, and put forward some suggestions on the problems.
