摘要
为了最大限度地发挥垃圾焚烧发电厂的环境效益,必须采取切实可行的措施防治垃圾焚烧项目污染环境,分析了垃圾焚烧电厂的厂址选择要求,以及垃圾焚烧系统的污染源,针对项目产生的二次污染物(包括气、液、固体3大类),提出了垃圾焚烧电厂对环境影响的防治措施,并给出了垃圾焚烧项目的建设和运行建议。
Waste incineration power plants should maximize environmental benefits and must take effective measures to prevent and control pollution caused by waste incineration.This paper first analyzes the requirements on the site selection of waste incineration power plants,then analyzes the pollution sources of waste incineration system.In view of secondary pollutants produced by incineration projects（including gas,liquid and solid）,the impact of waste incineration power plants on environment is analyzed and control measures are put forward.Finally,some suggestions are put forward on the construction and operation of waste incineration projects.
