摘要 研究了不同温度退火处理下的铜锰合金性能组织变化。选择不同温度对热轧加工后铜锰合金材料进行退火冷却处理,冷却方式包括炉冷与淬火冷却,分析合金板材组织结构与力学性能变化。铜锰合金经过热轧处理后,未再出现显著结晶,有条状与絮状组织存在;淬火温度逐步提升,铜锰合金再结晶现象越来越明显;淬火温度上升后,铜锰合金强度下降,伸长率明显提升;随炉冷却后,铜锰合金强度提升,伸长率相对偏低。以800~850℃淬火方式处理时,合金板材塑性成型性能极佳。 An objective study is about the properties of Cu-Mu alloy under different temperature annealing treatments. Our methods should be to select different temperature of hot rolled Cu-Mu alloy after annealing cooling treatment,including furnace cooling and quenching cooling way. We have analyzed alloy plate structure and mechanics performance change. The results there was of no significant crystallization of Cu-Mn alloy after hot rolling. The quenching temperature gradually increased with the recrystallization of copper. Manganese alloy was becoming more and more obvious. After the quenching temperature increases,the strength of Cu-Mu alloy decreases and the elongation rate is obviously increased. With the cooling of the furnace,the strength of the alloy was improved The elongation rate was relatively low. The conclusion is in 800 ~ 850 ℃ with quenching way processing,with sheet metal plastic forming excellent performance.
