摘要
我国的经济发展已进入新常态,矿业经济也必然要走绿色发展的转型升级之路。特别是京津冀水源涵养功能区的定位确立后,由于承德特殊的地理位置和功能定位,这使得承德矿业的发展面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。承德矿业要在面临市场持续走低和生态环境的双重压力的情况下,实现经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的统一协调发展。通过运用SWOT模型对承德发展绿色矿业所具备的优势和劣势,以及所面临的机遇和挑战进行分析,并提出了相应的应对策略。
Economic development has entered China’s new norm. Mining economy should also take on a road of transformation and upgrading and achieving green development. Especially after the function of water conservation establishment in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the development of Chengde’s mining industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges due to the special geographical location and functional positioning. The Chengde mining industry should realize the unified and coordinated development of economic,social and ecological benefits in the face of double pressures of the sustained market pressures and the ecological environment. By using the SWOT model,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of developing green mining in Chengde,as well as the opportunities and challenges,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
