摘要
目的观察柠檬水喷雾剂缓解全身麻醉（全麻）术后患者口干症的临床效果。方法选取2016年5～11月本院收治的进行全麻手术患者100例进行临床研究。采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组使用柠檬水喷雾剂缓解口干，对照组使用温开水喷雾缓解口干。比较两组患者术前24h和术中补液量、尿量、术中失血量，以及禁食、禁饮时间；比较两组患者进入手术室前5min和术后2．5、6h患者口干程度；比较两组患者对围术期治疗的满意度。结果两组患者术前、术中补液量、尿量、术中出血量，以及术前禁食、禁饮时间比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组患者术前口干疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但观察组术后2．5、6h时VAS明显低于对照组，围术期治疗满意度明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论柠檬水喷雾剂能有效缓解全麻患者术后口干症状，提高患者对治疗的满意度，减轻患者不适。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of lemon water spray xerostomia in patients with remission after general anesthesia. Methods Randomly selected in September March 2016 to our hospital and 100 cases of patients undergoing general anesthesia in the clinical study of cases. Using the random number method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group,each of 50 cases. Preoperative 24 h and intraoperative fluid infusion volume, urine volume,intraoperative blood loss, fasting and water deprivation time were compared between the two groups. Comparison of two groups of patients before entering operation room, 5 rain,and 2.5 h after extubation, 6 h patients with xerostomia. The satisfaction of two groups of patients with perioperative treatment were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before and during the operation,the amount of fluid infusion, urine volume, blood loss during operation,and the time of fasting before operation （P〉0.05） Dry mouth and VAS were no significant differences in the two groups of patients before surgery （P〉0.05）, However,after 2. Sh and after extubation,6 h observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and with statistical difference（P〈0.05） The patients in observation group were 98% in the perioperative period and 84% in the control group. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and with statistical difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Lemon water spray can effectively relieve postoperative symptoms of dry mouth,Improve patient satisfaction with treatment,reduce the discomfort of patients.
