摘要
预制装配式住宅建筑越来越多,促进住宅产业化发展。在预制装配式住宅设计与施工中采用BIM技术能进一步优化设计和管理,降低管理成本。从BIM技术的特点出发,结合某预制装配式住宅建筑实际情况,对BIM技术在预制装配式住宅建筑设计与施工管理中的应用进行简要分析,为今后研究工作提供借鉴。
Prefabricated residential building more and more, and promote the industrialization of residential development.In the design and construction of prefabricated prefabricated residential buildings, the adoption of BIM technology can further optimize the design and management, and reduce management costs.From the characteristics of BIM technology, combined with the actual situation of a prefabricated housing, the application of BIM technology in prefabricated residential building design and construction management were analyzed, to provide reference for the future research work.
