3-氨基-4-甲基苯甲腈的合成及条件优化

Synthesis and Reaction Condition Optimization of 3-Amino-4-methylbenzonitrile

摘要 以对甲基苯甲腈为原料,混酸硝化后所得产物经水合肼还原得到目标产物3-氨基-4-甲基苯甲腈,还原过程以10%FeO(OH)/C为催化剂。通过正交试验确定最佳反应条件,并得到硝化反应优化产率为86.55%;还原反应优化产率为79.64%;实验总产率为68.93%。产物结构用红外光谱(IR)进行了表征。 3-Amino-4-methyl cyanide was synthesized from p-tolunitrile as raw material via nitrification reaction of mixed acid with 10% FeO(OH)/C as catalyst. The reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The results showed that optimized yield of the nitrification reaction was 86.55%, optimized yield of the reduction reaction was 79.64%,and the total yield was 68.93%. At last, the product structure was characterized by IR(IR) spectroscopy.
