活性炭多段再生炉的结构设计

摘要 用颗粒活性炭处理工业废水时,由于活性炭吸附水中有机物,并经过一段时间后达到了饱和,从而使炭失去了吸附能力,此时就需要对已饱和的活性炭进行再生。本文针对就活性炭再生装置立式多段再生炉结构的主要部件进行了设计分析。 When industrial wastewater is treated with granular activated carbon, it is necessary to regenerate the saturated activated carbon because the activated carbon adsorbs the organic matter from the water and reaches the saturation after a certain period of time. In this paper, main components of the vertical multi-stage regenerator were analyzed, and the main performance parameters were introduced in detail.
