摘要
在铁路施工过程中,因各种原因产生一些非设计取(弃)土(渣)场,如不采取管理措施和工程措施,很可能加重施工期生态环境破坏和水土流失,同时也存在一定的安全隐患,对建设项目的环、水保验收也产生消极影响。本文分析了非设计弃渣场产生的原因和危害,着重分析了非设计弃渣场的违规成本,提出了施工期非设计弃渣场的管理控制建议措施,对加强建设项目施工期取、弃土场管理,规范施工行为,推进建设项目环、水保验收具有重要意义。
During the railway construction,some non-designing borrow pits and spoil disposal sites are likely to aggravate the ecological environments and soil erosion if the management measures and engineering measures are not taken. These non-designing sites are also bringing security risks and having negative effects on the acceptance of the railway construction projects. This paper analyzes the causes and harm of nondesigning spoil disposal sites,emphatically analyzes the illegal costs and puts forward the management measures to strengthen the construction management. This research has important significance to standardize the construction and promote the construction project to pass the environment and water-soil guaranteed acceptance.
