摘要
皮带接头是整个运输系统的薄弱环节,再加上人工制作接头的不确定性很多,因此皮带运行最大的隐患在接头处,本文针对贵溪冶炼厂熔炼二系统管式皮带热胶头撕裂的故障,结合皮带样品的检测报告,进行了全面的强度分析,并对后期的维护提出了解决问题的措施。
belt joints were the weak link in the whole transport system, coupled with the uncertainty many man-made joints, so the largest risks were the belt joints during operation. Aiming at hot glue joints tearing failure of pipe belt in the second melting system in Guixi smelter, combined with belt-samples test report, conducted a comprehensive analysis of the belt strength, the later maintenance measures was proposed.
