摘要
皮带输送机是露天铜矿中重要输送矿石的机械设备,针对大型皮带输送机在长距离运送矿石的过程中,采用电机直接启动方式运转会对电器设备、机械装置、及胶带产生很大的冲击大,且无法进行皮带输送机输送矿量的调节和控制。采用变频器驱动控制皮带输送机运转,通过改变变频器频率可以调节皮带输送机运矿速度,可以很容易地实现胶带慢动及满负载启停,通过控制程序的优化可以实现节约电能的目的。结合PLC系统编程控制变频器运行,能增加更多的自动控制和保护功能,还能实现皮带输送机运送矿量大小的自动调控。
belt conveyor was important equipment in open-pit copper mine for ore conveying.Aiming at the huge impact caused by direct starting motor operation for electrical equipment, machinery and belt conveyor during large belt conveyor in long distance ore transportation, it was hard to adjust and control the transported ore quantities. Through adopting the frequency transformer drive to control the conveyor operation, and changing the frequency of transducer to adjust the ore transportation speed, to realized the slow starting, full load start and stop for the belt conveyor system. Through controlling optimized control program to save the energy consumption. And combined with PLC programming control frequency converter operation, which couldrealize automatic control and protection function, also could realize the ore quantities automatic control of the belt conveyor.
