摘要
为了实现吉林老工业基地新一轮振兴发展,"十三五"时期,吉林省将协调推进"四个全面"战略布局、深入实施"三个五"战略,加快产业结构优化升级,通过对吉林省国内生产总值(GDP)发展情况分析,从实证分析的角度,对1990年至2015年吉林省产业结构变化与全社会用电量进行格兰杰因果检验,研究全省产业结构调整对电力消费的影响,指出吉林省产业结构变动与电力消费并没有显著的格兰杰因果关系,吉林省经济增长对能源的依赖也在逐渐减小,最后提出推广节能技术,加大科技创新力度,适应经济转型,合理调整电力建设等建议。
To achieve a new round of the Jilin old industrial base revitalization and development, Jilin Province will coordinate and boost the ＂four-pronged comprehensive＂ strategy as well as deeply implement the ＂three five＂ strategy, and will accelerate the industrial structure optimization and upgrade in the period of the ＂13th Five-Year plan＂. Through the analysis of the development situation of GDP in Jilin Province, from the perspective of empirical analysis, the Granger causality test is conducted on industrial structure change and the total electricity in Jilin Province from 1990 to 2015, impact of the province＇s industrial structure adjustment on power consumption. It is pointed out that the industrial structure change and power consumption in Jilin Province have no significant Granger causality. The dependence of economic growth in Jilin Province on energy is gradually decreasing. Finally, it is proposed that promoting energy conservation technology, increasing scientific and technological innovation, adapting to economic transformation and reasonable adjustment of power construction and other recommendations.
