摘要
随着国民经济的高速发展和城市化的持续推进,大中城市汽车保有量逐年上升,然而,停车位数量的增长却相对缓慢,停车难已经成为全社会担忧的问题。立体车库是解决这一难题的重要途径。文中阐述了立体车库的发展现状,系统总结了其基本类型和特点,着重分析了立体车库面临的问题,最后,为立体车库未来发展提出了建议。
With the rapid growth of national economy and continuous advancement of urbanization, car ownership rate goes up year by year in large and medium-sized cities. However, parking space is very limited and slowly increasing in number, making parking a social concern. Three-dimensional garage is an important solution to the problem. The paper elaborates on the current development of the three-dimensional garage, summarizes its basic types and characteristics, analyzes the problems confronted by the three-dimensional garage, and finally puts forward suggestions on future development of the three-dimensional garage.
