某地高铁低锡矿探索试验 被引量:2

Exploration experiment of high iron and low tin ore in a certain place

摘要 云锡某矿体储量五十万吨左右的高铁低锡矿,其含铁50%左右,主要以褐铁矿、赤铁矿的形式存在;含锡0.35%左右,主要以锡石的形式存在。对该矿种进行一定的探索试验,以寻求主要回收锡金属、综合回收铁金属的选矿工艺流程及可能达到的选矿指标。为回收该矿石中的有价元素锡、铁,分别进行了先重选锡后磁选铁、先磁选铁后重选锡两种工艺试验。结果表明,将原矿磨至-0.6mm时,经过1粗1精磁选得到磁性产品,非磁性产品经一段摇床、二段摇床选别得到粗锡精矿。结果获得含锡9.58%的锡粗精矿,锡回收率为60.57%;还可获得含铁59.00%的含铁物料,铁回收率为39.21%。总体指标较好,但需进一步提升铁回收率。试验结果可供该矿石选矿工艺的确定提供技术依据。 Yunnan tin ore reserves of five hundred thousand tons of high iron and low tin, the iron content of about 50%, mainly in the form of limonite, hematite; tin containing about 0.35%, mainly in the form of cassiterite. In order to find the main recovery process of tin metal and comprehensive recovery of iron metal, the mineral processing flowsheet and possible ore dressing indexes are explored. In order to recover valuable elements such as tin and iron in the ore, two kinds of technological tests, including gravity separation of tin, magnetic separation of iron, magnetic separation of iron and gravity separation of tin, were carried out respectively. The results show that the magnetic products are obtained by I coarse 1 fine magnetic separation when the ore is grinded to -0.6mm, and the non-magnetic products are separated by a shaking table and two stage shaker to obtain coarse tin concentrate. Results the tin concentrate containing 9.58% tin was obtained, the recovery of tin was 60.57%, and iron containing 59% was obtained. The iron recovery was 39.21%. The overall index is good, but the iron recovery rate needs to be further improved. The test results can provide the technical basis for the determination of the ore dressing process.
