摘要
对全竹浆及竹浆、蔗渣浆配抄白牛皮纸进行了研究和比较。结果表明:随着竹浆打浆度的提高,成纸的撕裂度、耐破度及破裂强度均上升;用全竹浆(打浆度38.7°SR)抄造白牛皮纸时,成纸的撕裂度、耐破度均可达到优等品的要求;若配加20%~30%的蔗渣浆抄纸,成纸的撕裂度、耐破度均有不同程度的降低,但仍可以满足合格品的强度要求。
The preparation of white kraft paper using bleached bamboo pulp and bleached bagasse pulp was studied, q-he results showed that the paper made of bamboo pulp with 38.7°SR beating degree has higher tear strength and bursting strength than the national superior product standard; the paper with addition of 20%-30% bagasse pulp has lower tear strength and bursting strength, but the paper can still catch the national standard of conforming product.
